The Limelight Hotel Mammoth Lakes (separate from the Residences) will include 151 hotel rooms, of which none will be offered for sale. The under-building parking will accommodate up to 206 cars and the hotel will include a restaurant/bar, lounge, outdoor terrace, hot tubs, swimming pool, cabana seating, a fitness center, and kids game room. The development will operate as a “Green” all-electric hotel to achieve “net zero emissions”. The “Park Once” initiative will allow guests to enjoy the convenient location that is close to all the amenities with use of specially designed pedestrian paths along the large-scale development. A dedicated retail and rental operation will also be located onsite.
The Little Nell Hotel Group, which is a subsidiary of Aspen Skiing Company and an investor in the new joint venture Alterra Mountain Company, will operate the hotel and offer a new level of hospitality for the Eastern Sierra. The Aspen Skiing Company is a privately held company, which is owned and operated by Henry Crown and Company.
